Storeart Notes

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of July 24, 2023:

The category navbar links have been centered.
The search icon on the header has been replaced by a search bar.
The company name has been removed from the footer.
A custom footer link section with the label "Categories" has been added to the footer.

The following changes have been implemented on the CDC section of the Checkout page as of July 25, 2023:

The "Multiselect" toggle of the "Use Case" CDC field has been turned off to prevent users from selecting both options.
The "Required" toggle of both "Promotional GL Codes" and "Personal GL Code" CDC fields has been turned off to prevent users from being stuck in the CDC section.
The "Promotional GL Codes" and "Personal GL Code" CDC fields have been updated to appear or be hidden depending on the selected "Use Case" CDC field option.
The "Continue" button has been updated to be disabled if "Promotional" is selected as the "Use Case" CDC field option and "Please Select" is selected as the "Promotional GL Codes" CDC field option.
The "Continue" button has been updated to be disabled if "Personal" is selected as the "Use Case" CDC field option and "Please Select" is selected as the "Personal GL Code" CDC field option.

The following changes have been implemented on the Checkout page as of August 1, 2023:

A new option named "Badges" has been created for the "Use Case" CDC field.
The "Badges" option on the "Use Case" CDC field has been updated to only appear for users who are in the "HR" group.
The "Personal" option on the "Use Case" CDC field has been updated to be the only visible option for users who are in the "Public" group.
The "GL Code" custom payment method on the Billing Method section has been updated to be the only selectable payment method, and is selected by default, if the user chose "Promotional" as the "Use Case" CDC field option.
The "GL Code" custom payment method's textbox on the Billing Method section has been updated to be read-only and has a value equal to the selected "Promotional GL Codes" CDC field option if the user chose "Promotional" as the "Use Case" CDC field option.

- All Shipping Address fields, with the exception of "First name", "Last name", "Email address", and "Phone", have been updated to be read-only. The "Save my Address Information" checkbox has also been removed to prevent users from saving their addresses which will appear on the Shared Address dropdown. (August 4, 2023)
- The "Use Case" CDC field has been updated to only show the "Personal" option for users who belong to the "Employee" group. (August 4, 2023)
- The Billing Method section of the Checkout page has been updated to only show the "No Payment Required" custom payment method if "Badges" is the selected option on the "Use Case" CDC field. (August 8, 2023)
- The "Badges" option on the "Use Case" CDC field has been updated to be available to users from the "Administrators" group. (August 10, 2023)
- The Account, Gift Certificate, and Coupon Code payment methods have been updated to be hidden if "Promotional" or "Badges" is selected as the "Use Case" CDC field option. (August 21, 2023)
- The verbiage that reads "PLEASE NOTE: Charges on credit card statements come from Creative Promotional Products." has been added to the Billing Method section of the Checkout page. (November 2, 2023)

The following changes have been implemented on the Checkout page as of December 14, 2023:

The "Business Cards GL" Custom Data Collection (CDC) field has been updated to only appear if "Business Cards" is selected as the "Use Case" CDC field option.
The "Continue" button has been updated to be disabled if "Business Cards" is selected as the "Use Case" CDC field option and "Please Select" is selected as the "Business Cards GL" CDC field option.
The Billing Method section has been updated to only show the "No Payment Required" custom payment method if "Business Cards" is selected as the "Use Case" CDC field option.

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of April 8, 2024 (#382672):

All links that take the user to the "Address Book" page have been removed.
The "Address Book" page has been updated to show an empty page.
